Worst hotel experience ever! If I could give negative stars I would. Arrived in the early morning after traveling for 24 hours with my 6 year old. After having to argue with the front staff was placed in a room with a dirty toothbrush on the counter. We were tired so I did not say anything. I tried to sleep but the power and air conditioning went out 4 times and I would have to call front desk to have someone fix it. They are doing construction on the property so it was very loud. My daughter was terrified about how loud the noises were. We could not sleep and were expected to be at an event tonight but could not because lack of sleep. The bathroom shower had not been cleaned in a very long time and had mold. Decided I could not stay here, and booked at the Sheraton to have some quiet. Tried to cancel my future days but was met with extreme resistance by manager. He wanted to charge me for my entire trip. My friend is supposed to arrive tomorrow refuses to stay after hearing my experience. When talking to manger he admitted he knew the bathroom had mold and they still put a small child in that room. He knowing exposed a child to mold illness. He refused to refund me my terrible night here and offered to pack me a sack lunch to make up for my bad experience. The customer service here is subpar and they willing are exposing people to mold.

I stayed here for three nights. As a marriot brand i had such high expectations about the property. But it turned out its a 3rd party marriot by samhi hotels. No loungue facility. They took uncecceraly 5000+ Rs from my credit card as cancellation charge without intimation. That too i cancelled before the cutof time thts in morning. Now i need to beg them for the refund. Since it was business trip i got screwd up really. No one is keeping up their words.I remember when i checked in at night and asked the black coat guy about checkin he pointed out some other person without any manners. A real black spot for marriot group.

I stayed at the Fairfield at Rajajinagar again - this time for two days for a business visit. The day one experience was very mediocre with me being given a room that was untidy and not upto Marriott standards at all. After having briefed Ankita Majumdar (the duty manager) about the various issues faced and honestly not having too many expectations - it was a pleasant surprise to see her go out of her way to make things better and win back an upset guest and make my experience so much better ! I would highly recommend her to be recognised for the job she is doing and hope the hotel considers her as a true asset to the organisation ! Thank you Ankita for doing whatever it took to make my Day two experience much better ! Will definitely be back to the hotel in my future stays in Bengaluru.

Pathetic service. Staff are least bothered what's happening around they don't know what to do. Cab arrived late asked for food that also took years to come, we don't mind food or the cab coming late problems are the lies don't just simply lie with unusual excuses. I do have stayed in other properties of Marriott but this is completely unacceptable. But I would like to appreciate the Housekeeping team for keeping and delivering the things on time.

Fantastic experience! I am a Bonvoy member and I am always looking for the same brand hotels. Exceptional staff and very good hospitality. Location was preferred as well. Good to see a full bar and kitchen The restaurant was very good with multiple options. Comfortable rooms with relaxing bed and pillows. Special shout out to front desk, travel desk and housekeeping. Ankita handled my complete stay here and made me feel the same way that I do when I stay in the US. It is going to be my first choice in Bangalore!
